Returns + Exchanges



What is the return policy?

We must authorize all returns before you are able to send merchandise back. Simply contact to request a return authorization number within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Underwear, swimwear, and merchandise marked final sale cannot be returned.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Dimepiece LA. Customers are financially responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back. Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless upon the rare occasion of a discrepancy with your order. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Dimepiece LA warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Dimepiece La and will be shipped back.


Returning to our retail store?
Our U.S retail store will gladly accept your return or exchange. Check our location in the downtown Los Angeles area here.

Within 30 days: The original method of payment will be refunded in full.


Fill out the Return + Exchange Form on your packing list and pack it with your items in a securely sealed package. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records – you can find it in the upper left-hand corner of your packing list.

  1. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured.

  1. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.

  2. We will email you when your return is processed.
